Eco Tech Integration Ltd · Legal information
Website Terms of Use
Using our website, understanding our technical information and making commercial enquiries.
Effective date: 24 October 2026
1. About this website
This website is operated by Eco Tech Integration Ltd, company number 09704637. Our registered office and business address is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. For commercial enquiries email hello@ecotech-integration.co.uk. For customer support or privacy matters email support@ecotech-integration.co.uk.
These terms explain the permitted use of our website and its information. Our services are offered to business and commercial customers. We are not currently VAT registered.
2. Website information and engineering decisions
The website introduces our work in energy monitoring and energy management systems, BMS integration, commercial solar PV performance, smart buildings, IoT and electrical engineering. General descriptions, articles and illustrative reports are not a site-specific design, quotation, specification, professional instruction or promise of a particular result.
Buildings, electrical installations and connected systems require appropriate surveys, competent assessment and an agreed scope. Do not use general website material as instructions for electrical work, isolation, protection settings, control changes or safety-critical decisions. Applicable site procedures and statutory duties continue to apply.
Energy monitoring can support the identification and assessment of improvements. Savings, generation performance, emissions reductions, net-zero progress and regulatory compliance depend on the project, data quality and actions taken. We do not promise a percentage saving, guaranteed outcome or automatic compliance through this website. Reference to government guidance does not imply government endorsement.
3. Enquiries and service agreements
An enquiry, meeting request, website visit or exchange of preliminary information does not itself create a paid service agreement. Any work must be agreed separately in writing, including the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees and applicable terms.
Installation, consultancy, monitoring, reporting and any subscription service require suitable project or service terms. Equipment ownership, licensing, support hours, service availability, billing, minimum terms, cancellation, data export and liability arrangements must be expressly agreed. No subscription price, minimum term, automatic renewal or cancellation charge is established by these website terms.
Our proposed AWS-based monitoring and IoT platform is still planned. Its mention does not represent an operational platform, current customer portal or available paid subscription product. Details will be confirmed before it is offered.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful business research and enquiries. You must not misuse it, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, evade access controls, impersonate another person or submit unlawful or misleading material.
Please send only information you are authorised to share. Do not submit passwords, network credentials, sensitive building security details or unnecessary personal information through the enquiry form. Contact us first if a secure project information exchange is needed.
5. Content, photographs and project experience
Website text, design and other material belong to Eco Tech Integration Ltd or the relevant rights holders, except where stated otherwise. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal business consideration, retaining relevant acknowledgements. Commercial republication or reuse requires permission from the appropriate rights holder.
Photographs, video and project examples must be read with their captions. Experience gained personally while working for another employer is identified as such and must not be interpreted as a project contracted to or delivered by Eco Tech Integration Ltd. Illustrative footage is not evidence of our ownership of a site or delivery of an installation. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Other websites and social profiles
Links to government resources, technical material and social platforms are provided for context. We do not control those websites, their availability or their information practices. Check the source, publication date and applicability of external guidance before relying on it. A link does not create a partnership or endorsement.
7. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information and how to make privacy requests or complaints. Our Cookie Policy explains website storage, external resources and optional tracking arrangements. Any future marketing consent is separate from sending a service enquiry.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate and may correct, update or withdraw material. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every general statement remains suitable for every project. Please tell us if you find an error or broken link.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for business losses arising from reliance on general website information as a substitute for project-specific advice or from matters outside our reasonable control. These website terms do not replace or vary an agreed service contract.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these website terms as the website and business develop. The effective date is shown above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory law that applies. Disputes concerning website use may be brought before the courts of England and Wales.
