Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies, including session storage, local storage and script-based identifiers, can also store or access device information. We explain their purposes rather than treating every detection as an advertising cookie.
2. Necessary website functions
WordPress provides website functions and administrator sign-in. SureForms handles commercial enquiries. Cookies used for authorised administrator sessions and interface preferences are different from cookies placed for ordinary visitors. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Strictly necessary storage may be used without optional-cookie consent where the relevant legal conditions are met. Browser settings can still remove or block storage, but doing so may affect the requested function or remove a saved choice.
3. Fonts, video and social links
The Astra theme is configured to serve its fonts locally from this website. Background videos on the reviewed pages are also locally hosted. These are separate from embedding a third-party video player. Signed-in administrators may see additional resources from their administration tools.
The unused Hostinger Reach marketing integration is disabled. Links to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram take you to separate services with their own policies; a profile link does not itself install a Meta advertising pixel. We will review any future embedded player, social widget or marketing integration before enabling it.
4. Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics and Meta advertising tracking are planned and are not currently connected or active on this website. This policy does not activate them. Before they are enabled, we will update the inventory with the actual providers, identifiers, purposes and durations, and test the relevant consent controls.
Our intended setup requires consent before optional analytics or advertising tags load. We do not assume that an analytics exemption applies. Refusing optional tracking must not prevent an ordinary commercial enquiry.
5. Your choices
The prepared Complianz banner offers Accept optional cookies, Reject optional cookies and Choose cookies. Necessary functions are explained separately. You can change or withdraw optional consent through Cookie settings, including on mobile, once the banner is activated. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
You can also review, remove or block stored information using your browser’s settings. Removing consent-choice storage may cause the banner to appear again. Browser controls do not replace any choices required on this website.
6. Inventory reviews and updates
We review this policy when website technologies change. Local scanner results are checked against the installed website because browser extensions and administrator tools can affect a local scan. A detected service label is not automatically a cookie placed by this website, and we do not assign purposes or expiry periods to unverified detections.
